According to local news reports, Bahrain Plans to Introduce Corporate Tax once a consensus is reached on the taxation framework. Aligned with the global efforts led by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (“OECD”) to establish a minimum corporate tax rate, Bahrain is fully committed to embracing this direction and seeks to adopt a corporate tax regime for the country. Bahrain is currently analyzing CT and actively engaging in consultations with countries and organizations to ensure accurate and comprehensive information is available to the public.
